Growth Consultant Services is a strategic advisory, coaching, and AI consulting practice led by Naomi Withers. Our website is growthconsultantservices.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us directly. When you fill out a contact form, request the AI Transformation Diagnostic, subscribe to our newsletter, book a call, or purchase a service, we may collect your name, email address, company or role, and any details you choose to share in your message or assessment responses.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at our site, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and analytics" below).
Payment information. When you purchase a paid report or service, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that securely on our behalf.
How we use your information
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the services or resources you request
- Generate and deliver your AI Transformation Diagnostic report
- Send you our newsletter and occasional updates, if you have opted in
- Schedule and prepare for calls and sessions
- Process payments for paid offerings

We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics (through the Site Kit by Google plugin) to understand how visitors find and use our site — for example, which pages are most popular and where our traffic comes from. - Jetpack / WordPress.com (Automattic) — site statistics and security
- Our website host — to operate and secure the site
How we share information
We share your information only with the service providers above, when required by law, or to protect our legal rights. We never sell your personal information or share it for someone else’s advertising.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our records, and meet legal obligations. If you would like us to delete your information, email us and we will do so where we are not required to keep it.

- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Opt out of marketing emails
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share it)
