My work has two paths: strategy and coaching. Most real engagements use both. The path below shows the ways in, from a free first conversation to an ongoing partnership.

The workshop
Building Your AI Strategy Partner. A live workshop, and the lowest-commitment way to experience how I actually think before any larger engagement. It's also the gateway to the Path Forward Session below.
High Performance Coaching
The High Performance Foundation Sprint. A 12-session, 1:1 coaching program built around clarity, energy, focus, influence, courage and purpose, with structure and accountability between sessions. This is the personal-foundation path: the work that makes the strategy executable. Weekly (12 weeks) or twice-monthly (~6 months).
The Path Forward Session
A focused, 60-minute paid working session where we look closely at your situation and I propose one named engagement: the right next step, not a menu. Offered only to leaders who've completed the workshop.
Two paths for change, in one relationship.
When the Path Forward Session points to an ongoing partnership, this is where it lands: a monthly Advisory Retainer, so the strategy has an owner, the results get measured, and you're never alone with the hard decisions. Three tiers, set by how deep you want to go.
All tiers are prepaid monthly. Clarity is a genuine lower-commitment way to start and can upgrade as the work deepens, because real transformation takes time, not thirty days.

This runs through every engagement. We don't skip to strategy and hope it sticks. We start by getting honest about what's true, build alignment with the people who have to execute, and only then make the plan.

Is the coaching separate from the strategy work?
In the Transformation tier, they're woven together: the High Performance Foundation Sprint is built into the first two months, because the plan only stays executable when the leader has the foundation to carry it. Momentum focuses on the strategy and its measurement, and the Sprint can be added alongside it. The High Performance Foundation Sprint is also available as a standalone if coaching is the right starting point.
Do I need to do the workshop first?
It's the most common path for good reason. The workshop lets you see how I think before any larger commitment. But it's not required. If we've already connected through the Diagnostic or a discovery conversation and the fit is clear, a Path Forward Session is where we'd scope the actual engagement.
What happens in the Path Forward Session?
Sixty focused minutes on your specific situation: what's missing, what's at stake, and what the right next move is. You leave with one named engagement recommendation, not a sales pitch and not a menu.
Can I go straight to a retainer?
Sometimes, yes, if we've already worked together through a workshop, Sprint, or strategy review and the fit is clear. But most engagements start with a real conversation first, because a long partnership deserves more than a checkout button.
How many clients do you take at one time?
A small number, deliberately. The Transformation tier is limited to one or two clients at any time. Depth is the product, and that only works when I'm not spread thin.
